How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after cleared payment.
NOTE: Please respond quickly to any emails from FAITH CREATIONS eCRATER Store (ecrater_store@faithreations.us) requesting more information or verification of your order. If you don't respond to these emails quickly your order will be delayed!
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email from FAITH CREATIONS notifying you of the shipping date of your order. It will also include the "USPS Delivery Confirmation" information. Please make sure that emails from ecrater_store@faithcreations.us don't go to your SPAM or BULK folder!
What information is needed to complete my order?
I will need the following information to complete your order depending on what you have ordered.
(1) Graphic Choice (needed for both address labels & envelope seals)
(2) 3 or 4 lines of information (needed for address labels)
(3) Font Choice (needed for address labels)
(4) Personalize information (needed for greeting cards or the note cards that may be personalized).
How can I save on shipping and handling fees?
SHIPPING & HANDLING: I charge a flat shipping and handling rate of on all orders no matter how small or large they are. I use USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelopes with Delivery Confirmation for all shipments. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after cleared payment has been received. (Watch your email incase I need verification or your order will be delayed.)
SAVE ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES: I charge a flat shipping and handling fee on all items paid for at the same time from the FAITH CREATIONS eCRATER Store. So you save on shipping and handling when purchase multiple items at the same time.
Will I be charged a state sales tax?
Prices do not included sales tax. Orders shipped to the state of Illinois will be charged 7% sales tax. The sales tax if applicable will be added to your order during checkout.
